General Terms
This Website is owned and operated by Nethran Crackers, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
As per Indian Government regulations, we do not sell firecrackers online or accept online payments for firecracker purchases.
This Website is intended only for showcasing our products and receiving inquiries.
Customers may browse products and submit an inquiry form or contact us directly to place orders offline.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to purchase fireworks.
Nethran Crackers reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All products listed are subject to availability, and images shown are for illustration purposes only; actual packaging or design may vary.
We ensure compliance with the Indian Explosives Act & PESO guidelines for all products.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Orders can be placed only through offline confirmation after inquiries.
A minimum order value of ₹2,999 applies for Tamil Nadu and ₹5,999 for other states.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and orders are confirmed only after offline processing.
Delivery charges are borne by the buyer.
Products will be shipped to the nearest transport/courier location chosen by the customer or the best available transport option.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
If the package is returned to us due to buyer unavailability or incorrect address, all additional charges including return and re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations, Refunds & Claims
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Refunds are not issued; instead, compensation is provided in the customer’s next order in cases of proven defective products or wrong shipments.
Claims for missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an unpackaging video as proof, sent to nethrancrackers@gmail.com.
Safety, Liability & Jurisdiction
Crackers are hazardous products and must be handled responsibly. By purchasing, you agree that Nethran Crackers is not liable for accidents, misuse, or damages caused after delivery.
Customers must follow all safety guidelines and comply with local laws regarding firework usage.
Nethran Crackers shall not be held responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or courier issues.
All Website content including images, logos, and text are the property of Nethran Crackers; unauthorized use is prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to Sivakasi jurisdiction only.
