Cancellation & Refund Policy – Nethran Crackers
At Nethran Crackers, we value our customers and want to provide a transparent shopping experience. Since our products are fireworks (classified as explosives), they fall under strict safety and legal regulations. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
- No Returns Accepted – Fireworks are explosives, and for safety as well as legal reasons, we cannot accept returns once the products are dispatched.
- Government & Safety Regulations – All orders are shipped only through licensed transport carriers. Once the goods leave our warehouse, they cannot be taken back under any circumstances.
- Risk of Handling – Returning fireworks (opened or unopened) is strictly not allowed as it poses fire hazards, safety issues, and regulatory violations.
- Customer Responsibility – We request customers to double-check their order before checkout, as dispatched orders are final.
Cancellation Policy
At Nethran Crackers, we respect the decision of our customers. Cancellations made before packaging will be processed without any charges.
- No Cancellation After Shipping – Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- After Packaging – If the order is already packed, cancellation is possible, but packaging charges will not be refunded.
- Orders Without Packaging Charges – If packaging charges are not applicable, then 3% of the total order value will be deducted as processing fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to the buyer’s preferred payment method.
- Refund Timeline – Refunds (after applicable deductions) will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Safe Packaging – Nethran Crackers takes utmost care to pack every order securely to avoid damages during handling and shipping.
- Minor Dents – Since crackers are delicate items, minor dents or creases in the paper packaging may occur. These are normal and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
- Transit Damage Disclaimer – In the unfortunate event that a package is damaged during transit, Nethran Crackers will not be held responsible, as fireworks are shipped through licensed third-party carriers.
- Missing Items – If any item is found missing, customers must share a clear unboxing video of the package from the beginning of opening as proof. Missing item claims will only be accepted if reported within 24 hours of delivery to nethrancrackers@gmail.com along with the video evidence. Without this, the claim cannot be processed.
